An Audi driver reportedly fled the scene on foot after crashing into multiple cars in a High Street.
Herts Police have confirmed that they were called to Kings Langley High Street at around 6.42pm on Friday (January 26) with reports of a multi-car smash in the road.
Officers arrived at the scene and shut the road but the two people who had been in the silver Audi had left their vehicle in the street. According to witness descriptions, two males dressed in black left on foot. One wore a cap and had a beard.
The Audi had reportedly hit “several” parked cars, police said. No injuries were reported but three vehicles were damaged.
The force asked anyone with information to call 101 or to report it online, quoting ISR 669 of 26 January, 2024.

Separate crash
Another Hertfordshire road was shut on Sunday (January 28) after a separate multi-car crash.
Alongside the fire and ambulance services, officers had been called to Watford Road, Croxley Green, at around 6.10pm.
Two people were taken to hospital with minor injuries. The three vehicles involved were a red Vauxhall Astra, a red Ford Fiesta, and a black Honda Civic.
Road closures were removed by 7pm.
