- Herts Police were called to a medical episode within M25 Junction 18 (Rickmansworth).
- Two lanes were closed anti-clockwise. They have now reopened.
- Residual delays remained for some time but have now cleared.
- There were around six miles of congestion and 45 minutes of delays.
