A man is set to be sentenced after admitting to stealing from a Watford vehicle and drug possession.
On Tuesday (January 23), Herts Police confirmed that a man was set to appear in court that day having been identified by officers reviewing CCTV footage of vehicle interference offences.
During his court appearance, Haben Ghebreamlak, of Queens Road, Watford, pleaded guilty to theft from a motor vehicle, vehicle interference – motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled drug of class B – cannabis/cannabis resin.
February 15 has been set as the provisional date for the 34-year-old to be sentenced, at St Albans Magistrates’ Court.

The next day (January 24), the force confirmed that police officers on foot patrol in The Parade had spotted a woman who was banned from the area.
The 28-year-old who had been handed a Community Protection Notice with conditions not to enter Watford town centre for being a suspect for multiple offences involving theft and burglary was reported to court for breaching it.
