Here are three notices we have rounded up which could affect residents in Rickmansworth, Sarratt and Moor Park.
Moor Park – New sports facilities
A school has applied for planning permission to install an artificial grass hockey pitch.
Merchant Taylors’ School, in Sandy Lodge Lane, Moor Park is also seeking permission from Three District Council to construct a warm-up area, ball-stop fencing and netting around the perimeter, a flood lighting system and dugouts.

Sarratt – Demolition of marquee
Planning permission is being sought to demolish a marquee and construct a replacement pavilion building at a wedding and events venue.
Mr Jamie Rankin has applied to Three Rivers District Council to make the changes at Micklefield Hall Farm, Sarratt Road, Rickmansworth.
The proposals also include the extension of an existing outbuilding with associated hardstanding.

Estate of Edith Hazel Skinner
Any person having a claim or interest in the estate of Edith Hazel Skinner, late of Flat 32, Middlemarch Lodge, 3 High Street, Rickmansworth WD3 1SW, who died on October 20, 2023, should send their details to Richard Griffiths & Co, 44 Station Road, New Milton, Hampshire BH25 6JX.
This should be done on or before February 23, 2024.
