Tolpits Lane – alcohol licence
A mobile bar firm is applying for a new premises licence for an industrial unit in Watford.
Bar Brothers Events Ltd have applied to Three Rivers District Council for the licence at Unit BIA Vale Industrial Estate, Tolpits Lane, Watford WD18 9QP.
If granted, the licence will allow the off sale of alcohol between 9am and 3am daily. No public access will be granted to the site.
Representations must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority, Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth WD3 1RL by January 25, 2024.
Estate of John Beasley
Any person having a claim or interest in the estate of John Beasley of The Spinney, Watford WD17 4QF, who died on March 4, 2023, should send their details to Maffey & Brentnall of 149, The Parade, Watford WD17 1NB.
They are the solicitors for Elizabeth Ann Beasley, the executor of the deceased, and particulars should be provided on or before February 19, 2024.
Estate of Joan Patricia Fuller
Any person having a claim or interest in the estate of Joan Patricia Fuller, late of 13, Seymour House, Rectory Road, Rickmansworth WD3 1FH; 13 Oakdene House, Pinner HA5 4EJ, who died on December 23, 2022, should send their particulars to Jonathan Dorman c/o Harold Benjamin Solicitors, Hygeia House, 66-68 College Road, Harrow HA1 1BE.
These should be sent by February 22, 2024 at the latest.
Estate of John Robin Robottom
Anyone with a claim or interest in the estate of John Robin Robottom has until February 16, 2024 to send in their details to the solicitors acting.
Mr Robottom died on January 2, 2024 and lived at 16 Waterhouse Place, Merry Hill Road, Bushey WD23 1GR.
