Herts Police have confirmed that a body believed to be that of Daniel, who went missing from Watford, has been found in woodland.
This afternoon (January 11) the force shared an announcement saying that it is “sad to report” that the body was found this morning.
Although formal identification is yet to take place, Daniel’s family have been informed and are being supported by police officers.

The 30-year-old had been reported missing from the town on Wednesday January 3.
The force said it is not treating the death as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.

“Our thoughts are with Daniel’s family and friends at this very difficult time,” Herts Police said. “We please ask that they are given privacy as they mourn their loss.”
Police and members of the public had shared several appeals for information during the time Daniel was missing.
Officers had searched "key locations" around Watford as they became increasingly concerned for his welfare.
