Herts Police have advised motorists to “avoid the area” as a lorry has reportedly become stuck in a lane.
The force had been called with reports that the vehicle could not get out of St Albans Lane, Bedmond, at around 11.39am today (January 11).
“Road closures have been put in place while the vehicle is recovered,” the force added.

After the closure was first put in place, a warning to steer-clear was posted on the Watford Police social media pages.
It said: “We are currently dealing with an incident on St Albans Lane in Bedmond.
“We would ask you to please avoid the area at this time as the road is closed.”
The closure, near Bedmond High Street, does not appear to be having a significant impact on wider traffic.
St Albans Lane splits off from Sergehill Lane, heading between Bedmond and Potters Crouch, it is very narrow at points — with trees on either side.
