As the search for Daniel, from Watford, enters its sixth day relatives and police of the vulnerable 30-year-old have become "increasingly concerned" for his safety.
He was last seen in Watford town centre at around 8am on Wednesday, January 3. It is thought he was wearing the trainers pictured and carrying the bag.
Daniel, who has a distinctive tattoo behind his right ear, is 5ft 6in, medium build, with black hair and a beard.
Detective Inspector Chris Parperi, from the Watford Local Crime Unit, said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Daniel’s welfare and are doing everything we can to trace him.
“I am asking the public to please take a look at these photos and get in touch if you think you have seen Daniel.
“I would also like to thank the public for all their help so far. Please continue reporting any sightings to us. We politely ask that members of the public refrain from conducting any searches themselves as these could impede our work to find Daniel.
"However, you can still do your bit to help by continuing to keep an eye out, reporting sightings, and sharing our appeals on social media."
Police teams have been out "extensive enquiries" to find Daniel and searching in key locations, including Whippendell Woods, West Herts Golf Club, Cassiobury Park and the areas surrounding The Grove Hotel.
