Two charges related to engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity, while one was for attempting to engage in non-penetrative sexual activity with all three being for the same day in Watford.
The 26-year-old had previously appeared in Willesden Magistrates’ Court on July 10, last year, before a crown court appearance for a plea to be entered was scheduled for August 7.
After he denied the charge, a trial was then scheduled at St Albans Crown Court for January 2.
