Police are working to establish the circumstances behind a death near the tracks which has cancelled Watford trains.
Just after 2pm today (December 28), paramedics and British Transport Police were called to a train line near Kenton railway Station, in London, with reports of a casualty on the tracks.
At around 4pm the force confirmed that “sadly a person was pronounced dead at the scene”.

Officers are currently working to establish the full circumstances behind their death.
All lines between Watford Junction and Wembley Central are currently closed while emergency services carry out their work, National Rail confirmed.
Although major disruption was initially estimated to last until around 5.15pm, it is now expected until the end of the day.
Ticket acceptance is available via any reasonable route on other railway line, depending on the destination and the company tickets were booked with.
