A Bushey business has been named and shamed over thousands in unpaid tax.
The Publishing Details of Deliberate Defaulters (PDDD) scheme provides details on people and companies given financial penalties for failing to comply with tax obligations or filing errors in tax returns on purpose.
The latest update was made last Thursday (December 7) and included Chloe’s Antique Ltd, an online retail sales business at the address 4 Wright Close, Bushey, Hertfordshire.

The company was given £13,072.66 in penalties based on a £33,955 amount of tax/duty for the period of default November 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021.
Information is published when a person or business has made at least one deliberate default on more than £25,000, according to HMRC. The list is updated every three months before the information is removed after a year.
The address given in the government list is the one associated with the business at the time of the default.
