Two proposed major housing developments are among the planning applications submitted to Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere councils this week.

An application has been lodged with Watford Borough Council to demolish an existing building at 1 to 15 Bridle Path and build a tower block containing 363 flats.
