Plans for a Watford home to be extended and converted into flats have been submitted to the borough council's planning committee.
The application, which was validated yesterday (Monday, December 4), would see three residential flats created at 80 Kings Avenue.
An existing side extension and outbuilding would be removed from the end-of-terrace property, to be replaced with a two storey side extension and a single storey rear extension.
A three-bedroom apartment would be created on the ground floor, while two one-bedroom apartments would be on the first floor.

The proposed flats would be "car free", with the applicant willing to remove the right to parking permits for the flats' occupants.
Separate gardens would be created for all three flats, along with storage for six bicycles and bins for each property.
