Gathithi, of Boundary Way, was granted bail with conditions ahead of the first crown court appearance, which is scheduled for plea and trial preparation.
He is alleged to have conspired together with others to supply a quantity of each drug, between May 1 and May 31 this year, in Colindale, Barnet.
Another charge for breaking or being likely to break bail conditions was withdrawn by the prosecution ahead of the Willesden Magistrates’ Court appearance on November 30.
