A man believed to be in his late 50s reportedly pushed an 11-year-old boy off his bike in South Oxhey.
Herts Police today (November 29) appealed for information following the assault outside an alleyway between Little Oxhey Lane and Woodhall Lane.
It happened at around 8.20am on Monday, November 6.
The suspect is described as a white man, aged in his late 50s, with white hair and wearing a blue jacket, the force said.
PC Liam Pereira, from the Three Rivers Intervention Team, added: “Our enquiries are ongoing, and I am asking anyone with information to please get in touch.
