Two men in their 20s have been arrested on suspicion of drugs and weapons possession after a Watford raid.
Herts Police executed a search warrant at an address in Greenbank Road, near Hempstead Road and the A41, in the early hours of yesterday morning (November 28).
The officers later revealed that a “large amount of drugs”, cash, and “a couple of weapons” had been seized.

Today (November 29), the force confirmed that a 28-year-old man and a 24-year-old man from Watford were arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a blank BB handgun, possession with intent to supply class B drugs (cannabis), and for being in possession of a bladed weapon in a private place.
The pair remain on police bail while enquiries continue.
The operation was a collaboration between Herts Police’s Operation Scorpion team and the local safer neighbourhoods team. The force’s “proactive” Operation Scorpion unit operates largely plain-clothed and unmarked, targeting burglars and robbers as well as drug and vehicle crime.
