Car parking changes, planning applications and alcohol licences are among the key Watford public notices set to impact residents in the coming months.

We have rounded up another few notices which could impact residents in Watford in the coming months.
Colnebank Drive – alcohol licencing
Kamendu Patel is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for Anri Convenience, Mayfield Village, Heron Place, Colnebank Drive WD18 0LQ.
This would allow alcohol to be sold from Monday to Sunday between 7.30am to 8.30pm.

High Street – alcohol licencing
Ahmad Mohammed Mir is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for Woody Express Limited of 103-105 The Parade High Street Watford WD17 1LU.
This is to extend the opening hours Monday-Saturday to 23:00 to 05:00 hrs, and Sunday 10:00 to 05:00 for the provision of late-night refreshments.
The application is available to give feedback on until December 8.

St Albans Road – planning application
There is an application to redevelop the former Lloyds Bank site into 14 residential units with parking for both cars and bicycles and space for retail units.
There could be 12 one-bedroom flats and two two-bedroom flats as part of the mixed-use scheme four-storey extension.
Abbots Langley High Street – planning application
A license has been submitted to allow the site at 38 High Street Abbots Langley to change its hours.
It would allow the premises to operate from 11:00 am to 00:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
The reference number for the application is 23/1862/FUL, feedback on the application can be made until December 8.
George Street – road restrictions
An order will come into effect on November 27 to replace the 'No Waiting at any Time' around the eastern side of the junction of George Street and King Street and 'No Waiting Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm'.
It will become a 'No Waiting and No Loading/Unloading at Any Time' restriction, in the interests of road safety.
It is open to feedback until December 29.
