A currently closed petrol station has confirmed when it will reopen amid social media rumours about its future.
The Bushey Heath Esso Express in High Road, owned and run by Tesco, is believed to have been shut for around two weeks.
Some residents had questioned what was going on, but a Tesco spokesperson has told the Watford Observer: "The Bushey Heath Esso Express store and forecourt is closed for essential general maintenance and will reopen on December 6. We apologise for the inconvenience."

Local motorists looking for the closest alternative gas stations could visit the Esso in Elstree, which is open 24 hours.
There is also another in South Oxhey which is open until 11pm, according to Google.
