Currently wanted on recall to prison, the 31-year-old had been jailed for six months in December 2020 after being described by police as a “prolific” shoplifter.
At the time, a member of the case investigation team had said that “Moore is well known to local officers and showed brazen disregard for the law when he repeatedly stole from local businesses”.
Herts Police have been contacted for more information on why he is now wanted. Updates to follow.
A reference number (41/11675/23) was shared with the public by Herts Police on social media, as well as a picture of Moore.
