Watford’s bus services are in for a major shake-up and these are the changes.
From Sunday (November 19), multiple routes will be completely cut while new ones will be introduced.
Passengers who need these services should make sure they are up to date on which bus to get.

The changes (click links for timetables):
Service 9: Axed. See 328, which covers its route/stops as part of a longer route.
Service 10: Axed. Passengers will want to get the 328 between Broomfield Rise in Abbots Langley and Watford, South Oxhey, and Mount Vernon Hospital instead.
The section between South Way in Abbots Langley and the stop at Broomfield Rise will not be served by this.
Service 20: Will become more frequent.
Service 320: A new service being introduced for schooldays, the 320 will go from Hemel Hempstead to Maple Cross.
It has 19 stops including Bedmond, Abbots Langley Compasses, Garston, Watford Junction, Watford General Hospital, and Reach Free School.
It will run twice a day, but only on schooldays.
Service 508: Axed. See 322/328.
Service 322: Another new service, the 322 will replace the withdrawn section of the 321 between Berry Lane Estate/Maple Cross (alternating between the two start-points) and Watford.
Instead of St Albans, it will then continue to Hemel Hempstead and so partly replaces the 508.
Service 328: This new service will run between Mount Vernon Hospital (replacing the 508 and 10 between the hospital and Watford), Northwood, and South Oxhey every 30 minutes.
Every-other bus will then continue to The Fairway in Abbots Langley, thereby partly replacing the 9 hourly.
Service 321: Instead of continuing on to Croxley Green and beyond, the 321 will end at Watford General Hospital’s Thomas Sawyer Way entrance.
North of Watford, it will still go to Luton via the usual route.
Service 725: A limited stop service, the new 725 will operate hourly stopping at Rickmansworth Station, Watford Town Hall, Watford Junction, Garston Bus Garage, The Three Hammer in Chiswell Green, and then, beyond Watford, at stops in St Albans, Hatfield, Welwyn, Knebworth, and Stevenage Lister Hospital.
Service 335: Axed Watford to Amersham service.
Service 336: Axed Watford to Amersham service.
