A racially aggravated assault in Watford has left its victim with injuries to his legs and head - prompting an appeal to help trace six people.
At around 4.30am on Sunday, September 10, the victim was approached by a group in New Street and subjected to racist abuse.
After this resulted in a fight, the victim was left with serious injuries to his legs and a minor injury to his forehead.
Hertfordshire police have now released images of six people that they would like to speak with.
Detective Constable Vlad Frolov of Watford Intervention team said: I am appealing to the public to help us identify these people.
"We believe they may have been in the area at the time and could have information which will help our investigation.
“If you recognise any of these people, or if you are pictured, please email me via vlad.frolov@herts.police.uk quoting crime reference 41/72463/23.”
