A woman had her phone stolen after she was grabbed and held down by a man in Radlett.
The incident occurred on Sunday, October 1, on Watling Street, between Goodyers Avenue and Highridge Close.
Between 7.20pm and 7.40pm, a woman was grabbed by a man and held to the floor, who then stole her pink iPhone 13.

"We’ve previously appealed for the public’s help and we now have images of a person who could be a great help to the investigation," said PC Emma Gower, from the Hertsmere Local Crime Unit.
“We believe he was in the area at the time so we would like to speak to him.
“If you recognise him, or you are the person pictured, please get in touch.
“I am also keen to hear from anyone who was driving in the area at the time and might have caught what happened on dash cam."
