It is alleged that the 25-year-old intentionally touched a woman in a sexual manner when she did not consent, and he did not reasonably believe she was consenting, in Wembley, London, on Friday (October 20).
Both assault charges are for alleged offences in Brent, London, on the same day.
The police sergeant was attacked while “acting in the exercise of his functions” as a police officer, according to the charge.
Update: Hazrat chanced his plea to guilty at a hearing on February 6, 2024.
He was sentenced to 10 weeks imprisonment and ordered to pay a £154 victim surcharge on the same day.
