The description of a man has been released after a woman was reportedly pinned to the floor before her phone was taken.
Police confirmed to the Watford Observer on Wednesday, October 18, that the alleged attacker is a white man, in his 30s, approximately 6ft tall, of slim build and was wearing a cap and dark grey joggers at the time.
The 23-year-old woman was attacked in Watling Street, Radlett, close to the war memorial, on Sunday, October 1, between 7.20pm and 7.40pm.
A man reportedly followed her, then grabbed and pinned her to the floor. He took a pink iPhone 13 before heading off towards a parade of shops.
Police are looking for CCTV footage from around the area or witnesses to share information with the force.
A description of the robber was not provided when the appeal was launched on October 3.

Officers said that the alleged attacker and the victim are not believed to know each other.
