Two men have been arrested and a Mercedes seized following an ANPR hit.
Both men were arrested in De Tany Court, St Albans at 4pm last Thursday (October 12) and taken into custody.
A 19-year-old from Watford was also taken into custody on suspicion of theft and fraud offences.
A 23-year-old from London was arrested on suspicion of driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and having no insurance, along with theft and fraud offences.

A spokesperson for Herts Police said: "A man has been arrested on suspicion of driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and having no insurance following an ANPR hit in St Albans.
"The man - a 23-year-old from London – was also arrested with a second man – a 19-year-old from Watford - for theft and fraud offences on Thursday.
"The Mercedes was stopped in De Tany Court and subsequently seized.
"The owner has 14 days to prove ownership or the vehicle will be crushed."
