An opening date has been confirmed for a new shop heading to Watford’s town centre.
Martins Furniture & Flooring told the Watford Observer the shop will open in Queen’s Road on November 4.
It will be moving into the unit once owned by The Chamber Hub, an organisation that links Watford business.
The company, which has several other stores in Hertfordshire, will be keeping its current Watford store in St Albans Road.
Ady Miah, who owns the company, said: “Watford is a really good place, it’s busy and there is lots of hustle and bustle.
“There aren’t many other furniture stores in Watford town centre, and we thought this was a good opportunity.”
Martins Furniture & Flooring sells beds, sofas, wardrobes and carpets, as well as pillows, cushions, lamps, mirrors, tables and chairs.
It also offers carpet measuring and fitting, as well as a click and collect service.
Delivery and assembly assistance are also on offer.
Updated: This article was updated to include the new opening date, which is now November 4 instead of October 26 as was previously stated.
