Proposals relating to the redevelopment of a business park are among the planning applications submitted to Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere councils this week.
Work is continuing on a £20 million project to regenerate Watford Business Park by building 14 new modern industrial and commercial buildings.
Applications have now been submitted to Watford Borough Council relating to detailed conditions of planning permission being granted. These include matters such as the road layout of the site, signing and lining and pedestrian and cycle facilities.
