A Rickmansworth man is set to appear in court after allegedly causing death by dangerous driving.
Otamere Uwubanmwen, of Townfield, will go to Aylesbury Crown Court on October 30, following a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on September 28.
The 55-year-old is accused of causing the death of a man while driving a Mercedes Benz C class “dangerously" on the A413 Amersham Road, in Gerrards Cross, on August 29, 2021.
Uwubanmwen has not indicated a plea, according to court documents.
The Aylesbury Crown Court appearance will be a plea and trial preparation hearing.

In an unrelated incident, a warrant has been released for the arrest of Tony Sanderson, 44, who failed to appear in court having been released on bail.
Sanderson of Honeysuckle Field, Chesham, allegedly trespassed near or on the railway at Watford Junction Station on March 27.
It is also alleged that he beat a person on the same day at the same place.
According to documents, Sanderson was released on bail on May 12 before failing to appear at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on October 3.
