A 23-year-old woman from Watford will be sentenced in crown court after admitting to intent to supply heroin and crack.
Olivia Bates pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply heroin, possession with intent to supply crack cocaine, and possessing £270 in criminal property (cash) during an appearance in Medway Magistrates’ Court on September 15.
Bates, of Hoylake Gardens, had the Class A drugs in Folkestone, Kent, between August 16 and October 5 last year and used or had the cash in the same coastal town on October 5 specifically.

The maximum sentence that a magistrates’ court can give is 12 months total for more than one offence, while a crown court is not bound by that limit.
Bail has been granted, with conditions.
