Four people were arrested in Watford town centre after being spotted on CCTV.
Police confirmed that the arrests took place in a “short space of time” on Thursday, September 21, in the early afternoon in Watford High Street.
Two people were arrested to be recalled to prison.

A third was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting and a fourth person on suspicion of theft from a vehicle.
In pictures shared with the Watford Observer a van and a police car can be seen on the High Street outside Taco Bell.
One witness said they saw “eleven plus” police officers on the scene.
More arrests
In a separate incident officers conducted a stop and search on a Vauxhall Corsa in Wellstones shortly before 10.40am on Wednesday, September 20.
A 38-year-old woman and 27-year-old man, both from Watford, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a bladed article – a kitchen knife – and possession of an offensive weapon – a golf club.
The woman was additionally arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drug heroin.
