Following heavy rain cars were pictured caught in a busy road that flooded again.
In pictures shared with the Watford Observer, cars can be seen battling through the water on Watford's A41 under a bridge at around 10pm on September 20.
The flooding appeared to stretch across both carriageways on the road.
Michael Webb, who took the pictures, said cars were "reversing away from the water".
Up to 12 cars can be seen on the road.

In one of the pictures, ripples on the water can be seen as the cars drive through the flood.
In another, five cars appeared to be static with one of the car’s front bonnet up.
A group of people can also be seen huddled next to another car.
It is not the first time the stretch of the A41 has flooded.
In August 2022, the road was closed due to flooding under the bridge. Signs and cones were put in place to warn motorists of the closure.
