Some parts of the country have weather warnings put in place as the tail end of a hurricane Nigel hits the UK.
While Watford is not faced with a weather warning, the skies aren’t looking to good, and the wind is strong.
Here we look at today’s weather forecast for Watford, according to the Met Office. The Met Office considers strong winds to be 29mph or more.

- 7pm: 15C, 90% chance of rain, wind gust 22mph
- 9pm: 15C, 90% chance of rain, wind gust 17mph
- 11pm: 14C, 80% chance of rain, wind gust 14mph

Strong winds are not forecast for the rest of the week and there is even a chance of some sunny spells in midst of the rain.
