A plan has been submitted to turn a three-bedroom semi-detached home into a house of multiple occupancy.
In plans submitted on Monday, September 18, the owner of the home in Crown Rise, Watford, also wants to build a double storey-side extension.
If approved, there will be six bedrooms in the house.
Currently the dwelling has parking for one car, but spaces for four cars are being proposed in the plan.
- New plan would turn semi-detached Watford house into multiple flats
- Big boost for new Lidl plans as 'fundamental concerns' allayed
If the double storey side extension is approved, the location where the garage is currently, will be used for the two downstairs bedrooms and each will have an en-suite shower room with WC.
The house will have an open plan kitchen, dining and living room space. A separate utility and downstairs shower room are also included in the proposed layout.
Four bedrooms will be upstairs with two rooms in the proposed side extension.
Two of the bedrooms will have an en-suite shower room each and the other two will not, but there will be a shared shower room on the top floor as well.
