TikTok users have voiced disbelief at a Watford flat's advertised rent price after a video was uploaded online.
The one-bedroom property in High Street is billed as having a "spacious duplex bedroom with a bathroom and kitchen/living room for £4,500 a month".
A TikTok user sharing his reaction said: “Its nice, everything is modern, the flat looks nice….but for that…for that price.”

The Zoopla description highlights the central location with the flat being near Watford High Street and Watford Junction station, the shopping centre and local schools.
It adds that the “delightfully spacious duplex” is fully furnished and fully equipped.
All bills are included with the rent and it is advertised as perfect for families or individuals, companies looking for temporary housing for short-term relocation, business travellers, and other reasons for short term lets.
The furnished flat’s minimum term is one month.
Rightmove lists two £4,500 residential properties in the Watford area currently available for rent, with the other being a five-bedroom Aldenham home.
A short-let apartment “finished to impeccable standard” in Station Road, Watford, which also has all bills included, is listed at £4,000 a month or £2,750 per month for long lets with no bills included.
The Station Road flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open plan reception room/kitchen.
