Police have shared an image of a man they have three warrants to find, who is known to visit Watford.
Michael Curtis, who allegedly stole from a motor vehicle and twice committed further offences while subject to a conditional discharge, failed to appear in court.
The 51-year-old is known to frequent the Watford area, Herts Police said, sharing the wanted appeal and an image of Curtis via their social media.
St Albans Magistrates’ Court issued the warrants earlier this month.

Theft CCTV appeal
In a separate incident, another image was released this week of a man Herts Police are trying to identify, after several items were stolen from Tesco Express in Prestwick Road on August 23, at around 8.50pm.
Sergeant Andrew Blackwood said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and we are appealing for anyone with information to please get in touch.
“We are releasing this image because we believe the individual pictured may have been in the area at the time and could assist our investigation.”
Anyone who recognises the man can contact the sergeant via his email, Andrew.blackwood@herts.police.uk, or call 101 with the crime reference number 41/68921/23.
