A man has been charged in connection with a burglary and car interference in Watford.
Ryan Gallagher, of Orchard Close in Radlett, was arrested on Tuesday, August 29, in connection with the alleged crimes in Mandeville Close two days earlier.
The 31-year-old has been remanded in prison, with his hearing at St Albans Crown Court set for Wednesday, September 27.
Watford Safer Neighbourhood Team Inspector Dan Jones said: “We are committed to ensuring Watford is a safe place and I hope that residents will be reassured by the news of this quick arrest and charge.”

Vehicle Interference
In a separate incident, a man has been charged in connection with vehicle interference near Watford town centre.
Miqdad Hassanali, 30, of Kensington Avenue, has been charged with three counts of vehicle interference relating to offences on Wednesday, August 28 in Sotheron Road, Watford.
This was after a member of the public called the police after reportedly seeing someone trying to gain entry to cars.
