A man will appear in court for allegedly posing as someone else while doing driving theory tests.
Raza Sultan, 31, of Tenzing Grove in Luton, has been charged with five counts of fraud by false representation and five counts of possess/control an article for use in fraud.
Among the incidents he is accused of is one at Watford Theory Test Centre on January 24 last year.
The case has been sent to Luton Crown Court for trial on September 25. A plea of not guilty or none indicated was given, according to court documents.

Sultan is accused of having another person’s provisional driving licence and impersonating that person who “was required to submit themselves to a driving theory test in order to obtain a licence authorising the driving of motor vehicles”.
Sultan has also been accused of fraud at four other test centres.
He has been granted unconditional bail.
