A man from Abbots Langley is set to appear in crown court after he allegedly raped a girl aged under 15.
Thomas Gavin, of Broomfield Rise, has been charged after an incident in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, on January 21, 2021.
The 20-year-old appeared at Blackpool Magistrates' and Civil Courts on August 16, before the case was sent for trial at Preston Crown Court on September 13.

There was a plea of not guilty or none indicated, according to court documents. He has been granted unconditional bail.
It is unclear when and where Gavin was arrested. Lancashire Police have been contacted for clarification.
