Overrunning engineering work means a route between two stations will not operate today.
The third phase of a project to improve the railway between Watford Junction and London Euston has not been completed in time with the initial schedule.
Yesterday (August 17) was set to be the last day of phase three of the London Overground and Bakerloo Line work to replace thousands of miles of railway sleepers and install kilometres of cables.

Phase three included an underground closure from London Euston to Watford Junction while phase four, set to begin today, was only meant to close the line between Willesden Junction and Watford Junction.
However, at 5.26am today, National Rail confirmed that there are also “no London Overground services between London Euston and Willesden Junction expected until the end of the day”.
