A car ended up on its roof after a crash in a road that locals fear has become an accident hotspot.
Pictures have emerged after the Vauxhall lost a wheel and overturned near the junction of Langley Road and Langwood Gardens in Watford.
Herts Police had been called to the crash at around 12.15am on Sunday morning (August 13), and have now confirmed that “there were no injuries that required immediate hospital treatment”.

The vehicle “took out” a bus stop sign, according to a passer-by.
Upon seeing the result of the crash, locals raised concerns about the stretch appearing to be a hotspot for accidents, due to other recent collisions.
Last November a car smashed into a broadband box in the road leaving the area without internet access.
In May 2021, a Mercedes and a BMW crashed near the junction with Stratford Road, and in November 2018 a BMW hit a pedestrian near the junction with Alexandra Road.
