Police raided a Watford address in a drugs bust operation this morning.
Herts Police officers executed a warrant and entered an address, in Bushey Mill Crescent at around 11am (August 11) before a search revealed cannabis, drugs paraphernalia, phones, SIM cards, and cash.
The force had been acting on intelligence and concerns from people in the community who had noticed signs of criminality.

PC Yasmin Lermer, who led the operation, said: “Drugs and the criminality associated with them causes misery among local communities.
“I hope this operation reassures members of the public that we are listening to their concerns and taking action against those involved.

“Several teams came together to carry out the operation and this was key to its success. We will continue to monitor the situation and act where necessary.”
Officers from the Safer Neighbourhood Team, Watford Scorpion Team, and Three Rivers Scorpion Team took part in the raid.
The force encouraged anyone with information about drug crime in their area to report it online or by calling 101.
