A developer has completed a 143-home project after exchanging contracts on its Watford site in 2019.
Bellway London’s Waterside at Riverwell development along the banks of the River Colne, off Thomas Sawyer Way, features 143 one-, two-, and three-bedroom flats.
The first apartments were put on the market in 2021, well before the work was completed, and there are now just three £275,000 one-bedroom apartments left to sell.
Most residents have already moved it.

Bellway London sales director Greg Allsop said: “It is great to see all work complete at Waterside at Riverwell, a high-quality development which forms part of the wider Riverwell regeneration project in Watford.”
He added: “With a majority of residents now moved in, a real sense of community has begun to take shape.
"As well as a concierge service, the development has a residents’ gym and a shared roof terrace, making it easier for neighbours to meet and spend leisure time together.”
The Riverwell development, a joint project between Watford Borough Council and Kier Property, covers 70 acres of land near Watford General Hospital.
A primary school, community centre, workplaces, and more than four acres of open green space are all planned for the surrounding neighbourhood.
