Road closures were put in place as firefighters tackled a car fire in Watford causing disruption to public transport.
The Herts Fire and Rescue service was called at around 7.03pm on Saturday, August 5, to reports that a Citroen was on fire in the Watford Junction Station car park in Station Road.
One fire engine from Watford fire station was sent to the scene where the crew found the car “well alight” a spokesperson said.

They added: “Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire, which started accidentally.
“Nobody was hurt in the incident.”
The police confirmed that road closures were put in place and the car was recovered by 8.40pm.
A member of the public told the Watford Observer that Clarendon Road was sealed off by Watford Junction station, which prevented them from getting a bus to Asda in St Albans Road.
