A 14-year-old boy and two men remain on bail after being arrested in cannabis factory operations.
Police spent June this year carrying out a month-long operation targeting cannabis productions and arrested more than 20 people in Hertfordshire.
Two people from Watford and one from Rickmansworth were arrested during the month but had not yet been charged when police confirmed the arrests on July 6.

All three were released while investigations continue and last week Herts Police confirmed the trio remain on bail.
A 14-year-old Boy from Watford was arrested on suspicion of being concerned with cannabis cultivation and two 32-year-olds were arrested on suspicion of the same offence.
Following the month of action Mahdi Taymoori, 26, of Trefusis Walk, Watford was charged with being concerned with cannabis cultivation.
Glenn Armstrong, 42, of Tylersfield, Abbots Langley, was also charged — with possession with intent to supply class B drugs.
A man from Watford was cautioned as part of the operation.
