One of a number of businesses could move in after a deal was agreed to let a town High Street unit.
Key cutting and trophy engraving family business Nolans, which has operated since 1994, moved out of its Rickmansworth High Street unit before it was put on the market on June 29.
A deal for a company to take it over was apparently almost finalised just three weeks later and it has now been confirmed.

The buyer owns more than one business and it is not yet known which one will be coming to Rickmansworth or when it will open. However, work setting up fittings has already started so it might not be a long wait to find out.
When its site was put on the market, Nolans shared an announcement that it was moving to a new location within the town’s high street.
The unit, two doors down from M&Co which also closed this year, had its rent set at £26,500 a year.
Perry Holt Property Consultants said the property quickly attracted a lot of interest, proving "the high street isn’t dead" in Rickmansworth.
There have been several businesses going on the market around the town centre recently, but the estate agents added that they have largely proved popular and resulted from leases ending or personal circumstances for owners rather than financial struggles.
