A warrant for arrest has been issued for a Watford teenager charged with threatening a man with a broken bottle.
The 17-year-old from Watford, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, allegedly threatened a man with an offensive weapon, the bottle, at a nightclub in Buckinghamshire, on March 4.
The threats were such that “a reasonable person who was exposed to the same threat would think that there was an immediate risk of physical harm to that reasonable person”, according to court documents.
He was also charged with assaulting the same man, by beating him, at the same nightclub on the same day.
The teen had been due to appear in Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on July 28.
