A 23-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm as a hospitalised pair remain in a "serious" condition.
Herts Police have issued an update after they were called to the scene near Watford Junction at around 6.45pm yesterday (August 2).
Two people were discovered with suspected stab wounds and taken to Watford General Hospital for treatment while a third man presented at the hospital shortly afterwards with an injury to his hand.

The force said: “One of the men has since been discharged from hospital and the other two remain in a serious but stable condition at this time.”
“It is believed the people involved are known to each other and enquiries are continuing at this time to establish the circumstances around the incident,” they added.
The 23-year-old arrested on suspicion of GBH remains in police custody.

Armed officers were also spotted at Watford General Hospital yesterday evening, which was connected to the incident.
