A closed takeaway’s High Street unit has been put up for sale.
After Take a Wok in The Parade, Watford, closed earlier this year, the lease for its unit in The Parade has been marketed at £40,000 per year.
The Chinese restaurant served food boxes, particularly noodles, available to eat in the building, take-away, or order for delivery.

The restaurant itself, between Wenzel’s The Baker and Window To The Womb Health Centre, includes a fitted dining/catering area over two levels (ground floor and basement) as well as a small back-of-house area.
The £3,333 a month site covers 1,970 square feet, split into a 968 square foot restaurant and 1,002 square foot basement area.
It was opposite Barrio, which has also closed for now but could be coming back in a different form. Nightcap executive Sarah Willingham said: “Watford Barrio is currently closed for the summer.
“In the past nine months we have gained a greater understanding of the vibe of the town and are now taking some time to evolve our offer to serve the needs of local customers.
“We look forward to updating everyone on what's next for the location.”
