The 2023 GP Patient Survey has revealed where patients are most satisfied.
Once again, patients have had their say on the service they are provided by their GP in a thorough annual assessment carried out by the NHS.
In Watford and the surrounding area, the number one spot was retained from last year by Bridgewater Surgeries, in Printers Avenue.

88 per cent of its patients were satisfied with the overall experience.

There was then a tie for second place at 86 per cent between Manor View Practice, in Bushey Medical Centre, and The Colne Practice in Uxbridge Road, Rickmansworth.
Suthergrey House scored lowest with just 56 per cent of patients satisfied and Vine House had just 2 per cent more.
However, both of the lowest scoring practices are still rated good overall by the CQC as fortunately the area doesn’t have any GP practices among the country’s worst.
