Residents are being evacuated from a block of flats after three fire engines were called to a blaze in Watford.
Herts Fire and Rescue Service and Herts Police were called to Robert Court, off Tolpits Lane, between 3.45pm and 3.50pm this afternoon (July 24).
The fire had started in a bin shed attached to the building and, according to eyewitnesses, went up "very quickly".
Police put a full road closure in place in Tolpits Lane and said that “some residents are currently being evacuated from their home as a precaution”, at around 5.05pm.
Building residents were reportedly seen running to move cars away from the shed, which is next to the car park.
